Constant Mutamba, agent for mines and quarries, filed a complaint on Tuesday (December 31st) against Georges Kapiamba, coordinator of the NGO Congolese Association for Access to Justice (ACAJ).

Constant Mutamba accuses Georges Kapiamba of damaging imputation and overzealousness towards the person of Albert Yuma, PCA of gecamines. Just a few days later, the coordinator of the ACAJ denounced a $200 million money laundering and embezzlement at the head of the Gecamines while calling on the public to be vigilant.
