On Friday, December 27, 2019, the OCM editions of Kinshasa organize an international cultural evening called "Munshimba yobe" from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The program contains three shows including: the presentation of an excerpt from the ballet "Mutambu"; the presentation of the play "Franko and Deka or On Divorce?" by the Congolese writer living in Belgium, Sheik FITA by the orCAN Theatre company; and finally the concert: "Tango" by the Congolese musician artist living in Paris, Marcel Kapela Mulumba.After the shows, the OCM editions will proceed to the baptism of books they have just published as well as the presentation of the CD "Tango" by the artist musician Kapela Mulumba.
The evening "Munshimba yobe" is a truly international evening because it will bring together Congolese artists from Belgium, France, Congo-Brazzaville and Kinshasa on the same stage. All the artists are already present in Kinshasa. "Munshimba yobe," the name of this evening, comes from kisongye, a language of DR Congo that means "In your heart."
