Joseph Kabila, FCC Moral Authority, is calling on the DRC government to popularize the mining code as promised by the current Head of State. This is what emerges from a meeting held last Monday in Kingakati between Kabila and the members of his platform.
At the same meeting, Joseph Kabila called on the government to guarantee the return to the provinces within the allotted time. He also urged his people to support the FCC-CACH coalition.
In addition to this recommendation, the FCC is also committed to providing full support to institutions resulting from peaceful alternation for their proper functioning.
As a reminder, the current mining code was promulgated by Joseph Kabila, former Head of State. This mining code stipulates that a large part of the revenues made by mining companies must be invested in the DRC.
